Yes — the team installs it on your Cloud VPS and provides a dedicated IP and port.

A reachable address is needed for NAS communication; behind-NAT/CGNAT setups are workable — contact support for your topology.
What are the server requirements?
A dedicated server or VPS running the provided ISO image. Sizing depends on subscriber count — ask support for your scale.
How do updates work?
Through the built-in update channel — the system checks for and applies new releases.

Does it provide full RADIUS AAA?
Yes — authentication, authorization and real-time accounting.
Which authentication methods are supported?
Standard methods including PAP, CHAP, MSCHAP and EAP variants (owner-confirmed).

Does it work behind CGNAT?
Workable — contact support for the recommended topology for NAS devices behind NAT.

Can I migrate from another ISP system?
Migration tooling exists — contact support with your current system for an assisted migration plan.
08Security & scale
Is there MFA and audit logging?
Yes — multi-factor authentication for admins and activity audit logs.
How many subscribers can it handle?
License tiers go up to 10,000 subscribers and VIP plans up to 1,000,000. For large deployments contact us to plan capacity for your load.
Is backup and restore supported?

Is RADIUS traffic encrypted?
Web access is HTTPS-encrypted. Standard RADIUS (UDP) is not encrypted by design — deploy a VPN or private link between NAS and server for hostile networks.
Does it guarantee zero downtime?
No platform can — but updates ship via the update channel and license migration reduces recovery time after hardware failure.

How much does it cost?
Free for 200 subscribers; paid tiers from $17.83 for 12 months (250 subscribers) up to 10,000; VIP plans on request. 1/3/6/9/12/24-month terms.
Can I upgrade/downgrade anytime?
Yes — subscribers, billing data and settings are preserved when changing plans.
Which payment methods are accepted?
PayPal and major international options; local currency via your country's agent.
Is support included?
Yes — 24/7 support on every plan including the free tier.
