04Enforcement

- Expiry disconnects rely on CoA/Disconnect-Message — enable "radius incoming" on the NAS.
- Usage-based expiry depends on timely interim accounting from the router.
Verify expiry behavior against your package mode: calendar expiry runs regardless of usage; time-since-activation starts at first login.
